What does 'Bring Your Own Key' mean?
You create an API key at platform.openai.com and paste it into DAXOW. We use your key to call OpenAI on your behalf, so you pay OpenAI's rates directly ($0.10-0.50 per 1K messages), not marked-up prices.
How much will OpenAI API cost?
It depends on usage and model. GPT-3.5 costs ~$0.10 per 1K messages. GPT-4 costs ~$0.50 per 1K messages. For 10K messages/month, expect $5-15 in API costs. We show your exact usage in the dashboard.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
You can cancel anytime with one click. No contracts, no commitments. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

What payment methods do you accept?
