Widget Customization
Make your chatbot feel like a native part of your brand. Customize colors, icons, welcome messages, and more.
Appearance Settings
You can modify the visual appearance of your chat widget directly from the dashboard under Settings > Appearance.
- Brand Color: Sets the primary color for the chat bubble, header, and user messages.
- Launcher Icon: Choose from our preset icons or upload your own custom SVG/PNG.
- Position: Choose whether the widget appears on the bottom-right or bottom-left of the screen.
- Dark Mode: Enable automatic dark mode support based on user system preferences.
Welcome Message
The welcome message is the first thing your users see.
Pro Tip: Keep your welcome message friendly and direct. For example: "Hi there! 👋 How can I help you today?"
Advanced Styling (CSS)
For developers who want complete control, you can override widget styles using custom CSS targeting the widget's shadow DOM or iframe container (depending on implementation).
Remove Branding
The "Powered by Daxow" branding can be removed on the Standard plan and above. Toggle this option in the General Settings.
