Learn how to handle project settings, invite team members, and organize your chatbots efficiently.

Project Settings

Each project in Daxow works as an isolated workspace. You can have multiple chatbots within a single project or separate them across different projects.

Inviting Team Members

Collaboration is key. You can invite colleagues to help manage your chatbot:

1. Go to Settings > Team
2. Click Invite Member
3. Enter their email address and select a role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer)

Data Retention & Privacy

Daxow allows you to control how long conversation data is stored. You can configure data retention policies in the Privacy tab.

Deleting a Project

To delete a project, navigate to the bottom of the General Settings page and click the "Delete Project" button. You will be asked to confirm this action.
